Inconel 600 Tube, Alloy 600 Pipe process performance and requirements:
1..the alloy has good thermal processing performance, steel ingot forging heating temperature 1110 °C ~ 1140 °C.
2.The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature.
3.The alloy has good welding performance, can be connected by various methods such as original arc welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding and brazing welding, large or complex welding structure parts should be annealed at 870 °C after soldering to eliminate welding stress.
4. The alloy must be processed after the heat treatment, due to the hardening of the material, it is advisable to use the low cutting speed and reentry knife than the processing of the low alloy standard austenitic stainless steel to process, before the car into the cold hardened surface below.
